? The Crystal Beach Improvement Corporation Board of Directors has 9 members, and meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month @ 10:00 am in the ‘Friends of Crystal Beach’ building.
? The CBIC Board of Directors consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer
? CBIC BOD’s Meetings are open to all community members. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Directors to conduct business in a way that protects the rights of lot owners, and to promote the safety, environmental, and privacy concerns of our community.
? At the first meeting of the board for the new term, the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected from the body of the BOD’s to serve for the fiscal year. Also a Roads Committee chair and Co-chairman, and Beach Committee chair and Co-chairman are selected to represent those areas for the year.
? There are 5.1 miles of roads in our community that are maintained by volunteers, and about 95% of the road beds are gravel.
? The beach shelter may be reserved by any lot owner in good standing, for parties, family events, etc. Use the “Contacts” page for info on the procedure to reserve this shelter.
? Per our bylaws, lot owners are responsible for keeping their roadside ditches and driveway culverts clear of debris.
