Board Members Participate with community in Annual Work Day first Saturday – No Board Meeting unless needed.
JUNE
Emphasize enforcement of Beach use by qualified CBIC members and guests.
Discuss content of August Newsletter.
JULY
Prepare agenda for the annual meeting.
Present draft of Newsletter to be mailed with notice of annual meeting.
AUGUST
Mail notice of annual meeting.
Prepare ballots for annual meeting.
Select volunteers to certify land owners at the annual meeting.
Arrange for sound system at the annual meeting.
SEPTEMBER
Annual Meeting of Property Owners
