- The board is comprised of 9 members of the community is good standing, with officers consisting of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. We also select from the board membership, a Beach Committee and Roads Committee Chairman. The term of membership is for 3 years.
- Meetings are held each month on the 2nd Sat of the month at 10 AM at the Friends Of Crystal Beach Community Building, except in May when the Annual Work Day is held, and September when the Annual Meeting is held.
- All meeting are open to the membership, with the purpose of the meetings, to allow the BOD’s to conduct business in the interest of the community
- Robert’s Rules of Order is the chosen guiding principles we have adopted for a productive meeting.
